James Lowe | Principal
My Email: james.lowe@washk12.orgMr. Lowe has been in education for 18 years. He has been a 2nd grade and a 3rd teacher, a learning coach, a title 1 site coordinator (similar to an assistant principal), and a principal. Mr. Lowe was born and raised in Santa Clara and attended Santa Clara Elementary, Snow Canyon Middle, and Snow Canyon High School, so he has a deep love for the culture and history of this community and its students. Mr. Lowe earned his Bachelor's Degree from the Dixie State College and his Master’s Degree from Walden University. He also has a Technology Endorsement and an Administrative Endorsement from SUU. He has four kids ranging in age from 21 down to 12. In his spare time, he likes to do photography, be outdoors, read, and hang out with his kids.
Jennifer Crowton | Learning Coach
My Email: jennifer.crowton@washk12.orgMrs. Crowton was born in California, but was raised in Northern Utah. She is a mother of five children, ranging in ages from 14 to 24. It has always been a dream to live in Saint George because of the beauty and splendor. As a family they love everything outdoors, from hiking and biking to whitewater rafting and cliff jumping. They also love to travel as a family.
She attended Weber State University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood and Elementary Education and has a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a Master’s in Educational Leadership. She has taught for 18 years in Kindergarten, Second, Third, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, and Eighth grades. She is so excited to be the learning coach at Santa Clara Elementary.

Kate Campbell | School Counselor
My Email: kate.pieper@washk12.orgMrs. Campbell grew up in a small town in rural Kentucky. She left Kentucky to go to college at Brigham Young University, where she lost her southern accent but found a husband! She moved with him to Los Angeles after graduating with a degree in Social Work. They moved back up to Utah to raise a family (of four awesome kids). Mrs. Campbell recently finished her masters’ degree in school counseling through Utah State University and has been at Santa Clara Elementary for two years.
Mrs. Campbell’s dream is to go back to school and be a student forever, but working at a school is the next best thing! She loves making plans for summer vacation. Her family always takes a road trip back to Kentucky to see her parents and the lightning bugs. If she had unlimited free time, Mrs. Campbell would build LEGOs, go on nature walks, and do lots of art.

Colleen Wrigley | Secretary
My Email: colleen.wrigley@washk12.orgMrs. Wrigley was born in Utah but lived in Wisconsin, Illinois, and New Jersey before returning to Utah for high school. She graduated from BYU with a degree in elementary education. She taught school for one year and then enjoyed staying at home to raise her daughter and three sons. She has a great love of learning and education and thinks that working in the office and enjoying the students one on one is the best!
She has been happily married to her husband, Tony, for over 30 years and loves spending time with him. They enjoy hiking, remodeling their home and refinishing furniture, reading, vacations, and most of all spending time with their family. They think that being grandparents is pretty awesome!
